Z-bloc 160 Z-bloc 160 offers track vicinity noise protection for train speeds up to 160 km/h. It is mounted 1.7 meters from the centre of the track, and 730 mm over the rails upper edge. The panels are 3,5 meters in length. The foundation is simple which means minimal interference with the track bed. This minimizes the risk of extra costs due to unexpected work on ground lines. Z-bloc is simple to disassemble and reassemble when, for example, replacing cross-ties or doing other rail work. Z-bloc can be reused if there is a need for temporary noise reduction systems or when noise reduction is no longer necessary.
Z-bloc 250 Z-bloc 250 offers track vicinity noise protection for train speeds up to 250 km/h. Its mounting measurements are the same as for the Z-bloc 160, 1.7 meters from the centre of the track and 730 mm over the rails upper edge. The panels are equipped with a net in front of the rubber pieces. The foundation work and the assembly are as easy as with the Z-bloc 160. The connections between the panels are v-joints and the panels weigh only 2245 kg.
Z-bloc Screen Z-bloc 250 also comes in a version with a wider foot so that it can be combined with a raised screen. If necessary, the screen can be made of transparent SOUNDSTOP material. This is for areas where no one should be close to the tracks but will in any case make use of the Z-blocs simple foundation principals. The image shows a panel with the maximum width for the foot, but, the width can also be designed after the required need.
